My Thanksgiving Menu:

1. Poached Pears on a bed of greens, with nuts and berries
2. Chestnut Soup
3. Turkey -- infused with truffles, stuffed with onions and mushrooms
4. Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan cheese
5. Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Winter Squash with marshmallows
6. Corn bread
7. Carrot Soufflé

Traditional apple pie, Tarte tatin, Chocolate mousse, and Cupcakes for dessert!!
